This van is a real head turner and gets a lot attention wherever it goes so beware, you'll be in the spotlight!
It was restored 10 years ago and still has the same effect on people now.

The colours are salmon red and beige (a very striking combination) and it's been lowered all round and with independent rear suspension. It was used for some time with a long stroke 2007cc engine (very fast) but
unfortunately this cannot be included in the sale. It will however come with a 1641 twin dellorto unit.

It has a full set of opening windows all round, safari's front and rear and 8 popouts (very cool in the summer).
All the aluminium trim is present: beltline, sill, louvres, jailbars and bumper trims (including the inserts).

The interior is a devon caravanette style, including cooker unit with drawer and cupboard (the top doubles as a table) two opposing bench seats with storage, bulkhead unit with three doors and storage/extra bed length, rear top locker with table/bed support, door unit with fold down doors and shaving mirror, magazine rack/bed support and a wardrobe which incorporates a water tank,12v tap and 12v supply socket. All the wood is oak and formica-covered with aluminium trim and insert. All cushions and curtains are in good condition. The interior is designed for a 2-berth. The door cards are vinyl-covered and match the front bench seat, there is also a complete RHD original interior to match this, including: bulkhead unit making it a nine seater minibus (useful for weddings).

This van has always been kept in a cimate-controlled garage, hence no deteriation to the bodywork.
However, there are some small cracks in the paint due to stresses caused when the van was being
used without the underfloor plates (essential for sunroof models).
